Great news! We have listened to you, followed an
increasing number of research studies, and added a couple of changes to our

Cookie & Muffin Baking Mix is now also corn-free. That’s not all! Marion’s
Smart Delights® Gluten-Free Lemon Bar Mix has also been reformulated to
offer a richer filling, texture and taste by reducing the amount of corn,
offering only traces of cornstarch to ensure low sodium.
Why are we focused on corn? Studies have shown that there is a growing demand for gluten-free and
corn-free products among the general population, including those with Celiac Disease
